Today while using operamini one upgrade notification poped up saying to upgrade to new opera internet browser. When i checked from internal browser this shows.

After installing, it did not replaced the existed version but installed as new application called 'Internet'.

The startup screen is like this. Vodafone branded but can be used with non-vodafone sim.

When run to my suprise, it has 30 speeddials on main screen.

It also shares the same saved pages folder.

The about opera page is...

I am still scratching it. Try and report your findings here.

Hi suresh, long time no see.

Hans have you tried your default browser?
Then also i will upload the both .jad and .jar files later as dont know why but i cant compress them through my phone right now. I'll do that when i use my pc.

Currently i am using it.

I have also the 5.1.22296.

Regarding the version you got, ceaser2008, it's a customized version of Opera Mini for Vodafone. Earlier this year, Vodafone worked with Opera for a different version of this mobile browser.

What I'm thinking is that your K850 firmware, specifically the FS, is kind of Vodafone-ish and that's the reason you're getting this

Thanks tranced for that press release. I will report here about my experience about it in 2 days but my initial impression is not good.

About my firmware, i am using generic firmware. Take a look..

I am not using vodafone sim as well.
