bro letter "E" means you're using edge signal. para sakin lang to mas mabilis ang edge for downloading but slow ata siya for browsing. at about sa internet connection failed ng om mo..i think s40 ang nokia c3. if s40 siya you need prov files pa for you to be able to install and browse freely with your phone.

alam mo na pala kung pano magtransfer ng prov file sa phone mo. it should be transfered to your phone via ota(bluetooth or infrared) para gumana yung prov file.

ano network mo?
