I havent succed once !
i get the message:
Your operative system are not configured to run this program.

any ideas / solutions ?
i am useing Cradle, Windows Xp, and outlook 2000..
maybe anyone how knows how to configure XP ?, if that really is the problem ...

I'm running on that combination, no problems. Maybe it's got something to do with SP1 for XP, have you installed that?

using xp pro, ms outlook 2000. no prob with sync.

still havent dloaded SP1 (i've just checked my Windows Update list).. but sync works fine.

According to SE Service Centere here in Singapore, there is a new PC Suite available. The first one has problem, about 98% of P800 user's cannot sync their phones with their Pc's.
