Hello all (my first time posting here

)!

I've been strugling with my C901 for a couple of days. I need to flash it and I'm following the "Tutorial:Flashing A2 phones" tutorial). Everything goes well until the 8th (FileSystem tool) step.

I'm constantly getting that stupid "a2_startfs err:0001" error. I tried everything I could. Many different firmware bundles from different websites, I did make sure the phone was fully charged, I even tried taking out the simcard and the memory card. Nothing worked, a2_startfs err:0001 still there

Any ideas? Please, please help me! Thanks!

Are you using the CID 53 compatible version of A2 uploader or are you using the one given in that tutorial?
Try this version

Remember to install GG setup
Disable your anti-virus
Hold 2+5 if holding C doesn't work.

Thanks, but the error still doesn't want to go away.
I even reformatted my drive (I had to do it anyway), tried 2.2.0.3 and 2.2.0.10 GG Drivers, tried all versions of A2 uploader, tried pressing 2+5 instead of C... nothing!

Is it possible to flash my C901 on a Mac?

I don't know if you can do it on a Mac. Have you tried flashing it using SEUS?

Maybe SEUS... Try SEUS Click repair on the PC Suite. That problem is on A2 support. Try using other versions. Cause if you're drive has problem then flashing will not happen in the first place
