> Unlocking a SE Vivaz

I recently bought a SE Vivaz off a friend that was locked to the Orange network. I have an O2 sim. My "friend" then tells me that he didnt pay his bill and that his account is closed with Orange. I paid £80 for the phone and he says he has spent the money. Am I out of luck on this one or can I unlock/unblock the phone to work with 02?.
