Hi Vit, sadly.. still no shutter speed control.. it seems like the camera firmware will just not allow this right now.
I am waiting for his updated version, which fixes a lot of bugs.
But the author of this app is very responsive and answered a few question I had.. Here is the email i sent him.

Hello,

Thanks for your feedback.
Actually, alot of the bugs have already been fixed but it takes up to 30
days until the updates are visible in Ovi store - sorry for that. I will
send out an email through the mailing list when it is online:
http://www.tequnique.com/wb/pages/newsletter.php

Now to your questions:
1) No, that is not possible.
2) Yes, the bracketing option takes pictures at different exposure
levels. It has been improved in the update but it still does not work
well because the camera's automatic is messing in.
3) No at the moment only individual pictures are taken which then have
to be merged with 3rd party software. But I have put HDR on the todo
list for future versions due to many requests.
4) Same as 3). But I think there is an app from Nokia which can do this.

Regards,
Harald Meyer

I use this app, it has a long shutter speed mode which is 1/2 but it doesn't work when you manually select the iso, this app is still good though as you can manually set saturation, contrast etc, even the video bitrate.
