Download india web proxy ver1 at sourcefourge.net look for a webhostingsite try type on google freewebhosting.com go inside and register with them after go ftplive.com enter your username you used for webhosying and password once you log in your website upload three files tutorial.php testmyserver.php and php.ini you can rename if you want then use your webhosting.php eg dean1.orgfree/tutorial.php use live.vodafone.com port8080 or 80 and use its proxy and port80 plus your freewebhosting server file read me
