Hi there!
I really don't know if my phone is locked or not.
It should be, but I know that sometimes the locking is forgooten by the operators...
In the hidden servicemenu of my P800, under headline: SIM-cardlock I have:
Network 5
Networkpartsamount 5
Deliverer of service 5
Company 5
with icons of (as it seems to me) UNLOCKED hanglocks next to them...
Does this mean that I'm locked or unlocked?
Or where do I see it?
I would really like to know this as I might sell my phone.

Easiest method is to try a SIM from another network in your phone.
