I'm thinking of setting up a mobile hosting service, not like tagtag you'll be able to have complete control over the site, ftp access, domain name, upload images, ringtones, logos etc (so long as the don't infringe copyright laws .

I'd like to see if anyone would be interested, what they'd want from it and how much they'd be willing to pay....?

Basically there are loads and loads of webhosting accounts but none that focus on mobile hosting, which can be very different to web hosting.

It would work in the same way to webhosting i.e. different levels of hosting for different costs, but I'd include scripts and tutorials to help you set-up a mobile site as well as all the mime types read configured so you can do all the different downloads. You have the option of buying your own domain name or having yourname.myurl.com etc etc Most people would probably only need 20 mb plus 200mb bandwidth, I reckon with a domain name that could be done for £15 a year...?

I think a trustfull group shoud go togheter and have acsess to ONE wap site! If like wee gatter 10 persons and wee are adding themes and imys all the timm it wood grow very big!

Ok guys, I think we've got two things on the agenda here.

1. A hosting service that people pay for to build their own mobile site, downloads and services

2. A group of people with all the big sites combining together to build a mega site (I can host .thm on my site 3game.co.uk)

I'll have a think about the best way to organise it an post again
