My T68 accidentally took a swim in the deep end of the swimming pool. I was able to fish it out after about 2 minutes. I was worried that this was the end of my T68 but:

I took a shop vac ( a really stron vacuum cleaner) and put the nozzle on the keypad and simultaneously ran a hair dryer over it. The combination of the air flow and the heat (on low setting) seemed to get most of the water out. Then, it worked but the display looked 3-D and grey in spots. I put it on top of my computer monitor to keep it warm over night. Now, except for 2 little spots where some water droplets dried under the display, you couldn't tell that it had been under 8 feet of water!

Let's hope it keeps working...

I would have taken off the covers but the smallest star bit in my screwdriver set was one size too big for the screws on the T68.

I'm happy it's still working, but I don't think it will last for a long time now...
I hope I'm wrong...

Good luck
