I have a couple of questions. What video formats does SE Arc provide hardware acceleration for? Specifically HD video formats that the arc with hardware accelerate? I just downloaded a 720p h264 movie trailer and it was stuttering badly with QQ player so I'm guessing just using CPU alone I also downloaded an episode in 720p container .mkv also stuttered badly with QQ player and Rock player. I just want to watch my HD videos on that beautiful screen without the pain of re-encoding

Also, this I'm guessing is more Android related. With my old Nokia phones I used to pair my Microsoft Wireless entertainment keyboard with the phone and then could use that to text, navigate the phone. I attempted to pair the same keyboard with the Arc and no luck Doesn't pair What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for your answers guys.

Update, as none of you guys knew the answers I researched on Google and found information that causes my opinion of the Sony Arc to go down some what. First off all, the only HD video format that the inbuilt video player hardware accelerates is MP4! Not good, especially as the Samsung Galaxy s2 can play almost any hd format you throw at it.
This is seriously a downside to me. I wanted to take advantage of the HDMI port to play 720p MKV to my flatscreen TV but I now can't. I will have to consider selling my Arc and getting the S2 even though it's an ugly device.

Second, bluetooth HID keyboard support in Android is abysmal. Symbian has had this for years. Symbian in some aspects (UI) is far beyond now, but other technical aspects, been very much ahead of the competition. (HID support, USB to go, DNLA).

To conclude, I advise not to buy the Sony Ericsson Arc if you are going to use it as a portable video player to play HD files.
