> Android Execution Environment for Ubuntu

Android OS and the Desktop PCs are like two worlds apart at the moment but efforts to blur this borderline had been around for quite some time now. Android X86 is now on its froyo build, with the gingerbread build being the main focus among Android-X86 developers. but this seemed not enough that this time Ubuntu Developers have build a new execution runtime to enable android apps that run on an ubuntu based desktop and laptop/netbook computers. the goal is to bring the popular mobile software platform towards PC users who also needs the versatility and performance of a desktop Operating system. as Android's continuing success has gotten the eyes of the tech world, Seeing your favorite apps on your android phone running on a desktop looks like a neat idea should the implementation issues were addressed.
