well as ive thought about it arc has got me,but not 100%
the samsung galaxy s2 is near all in one [1080 vid recording] (minus xenon/plasma flash) but bland looking.
and no other phone out has impressed me..

so since there is no cybershot beast of a point and shoot/record cam phone from se,
ive decided to go backwards 2/3 step and 1/2 steps forward

i want to get an old cybershot cameraphone
Nokia N82
Sony Ericsson K850
Sony Ericsson C901
Sony Ericsson K810
in no particular order..
i wouldve liked for them to have had gps and wifi too..but can have everything back in the days.
and must have xenon flash - nightlife photos
and id prefer to use the n82 and k850 as has micro sd
(whats the biggest card that can fit in them as ive ordered a 32gb class 4.)

anda budget droid..

My three(technically four) choices are.
[*]Motorola FLIPOUT
[*]Huawei U8300
[*]Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini
[*]Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini pro
(i wont be getting the x8 as my other half has it - and i dont want to spend too much)
opinions please
link for comparison Phone comparison Motorola FLIPOUT vs Huawei U8300 vs Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini (pro not included as can only do 3 at once)

suggestions please..
reason why im doing this is i know somewhere someone knows of a cybershot droid
but info is not leaked yet
wishfull thinking - yes. but i know there are quite a few who agree with me.

If you can still find one the c901 would be the best one. But saying that the k810 & k850 are both excellent handsets which can still be bought new on Amazon for quite cheap.

Stick with satio for the cam and only buy a cheap android.

Elm and Hazel is kind of old school camera phones.
If they still are available, they are worthy to be on your shortlist too.

Love my Hazel thought the main phone is an HTC DHD

Have stopped using my X10 Mini as it has a way too slow CPU. Especial compared to the Desire HD's 1GHz CPU (the DHD still lags from time to time). Android really needs fast CPUs and big screens.

PS. the Android remark is my own thinking...

by far, K810i and the "newer" C901 top my oldschool Cybershots out there! Hazel and Elm (the former beat the latter with a slightly bigger screen size) ups the ante with wifi but no Xenon. as for droid-based, try to see the newer mid-range sets from Samsung (Ace, Galaxy Mini, Fit, Gio, etc.). i find their prices really low compared with the flagship models of most manufacturers (SE included) while offering almost all the same features as the more expensive flagship models.

i guess since you can have a rather excellent Xenon camera phone, settling down with a mid-range droid will somehow balance your needs (as i see it). in any case, this is just me, my friend.
