pls help me with my pc window xp pro.. coz it wont shutdown or re-start.. ano po ang dapat kung gawin? i try no ung "last known good configuration" pero ganun pa din po, salamat po ng marami.

ok na po ang pc ko.. naayos ko na kanina.. nag-update lng ako ng internet explorer ko to ie8 den install sp3 at un nag reboot na at re-start.. sana makatulong din itosa iba jan na ganto ang problema.. salamat sa google..
