I got an email from apple, the iPhone has been replaced and will be delivered in the next 24-48 hours via DHL.
So keep the offers coming for this, I am also interested in swapping this for a iPhone 4 obviously will be adding cash on top.

It will be unlocked, trust me. I have replaced in Apple fackory unlocked from "3" and from "Orange", they see that iPhone was unlocked and they unlocked too.
