My phone's Video call is not
working. Its just giving a gray
background and there is no
picture from the secondary
camera. I have re installed the firmware. Went to service centre and he said he would insert some kind of strip and it may solve the problem but not guaranteed it. I would be charged for the strip.
Any info would be
helpful.
