Hi there,
i have SE k550i, in past had done flashing with my phone to w610 firmware,
after some time i revert to the k550i firmware(R6BC002),
and now i'm trying to update my phone (via SEUS) it says "your phone have already latest software"
so friends advice me how to update to latest firmware.

Delete old SUES and drivers.
Restart PC.
Install new seus and drivers.
Update your phone.

I think you customized your phone in some way and you uploaded a customize_upgrade.xml that cleared the CDA information from your phone, thus SEUS can't update. The solution would be to find the CDA number for your zone and write a customize_upgrade.xml with the CDA info. , then SEUS will surely update.

Yes, I did flashing with XS++ (replaced with W610 firmware) and now reflashed to k550 firmware (R6BC002).
so tell me how to uploaded a customize_upgrade.xml or send me customized .xml file, i live in india so what is my CDA region number.

There is the list of K550 CDA-s . Then open notepad and fill the number with your CDA :
CDA list K550
Get the customize file here
customize_upgrade.xml
Then you upload the file to your phone (TPA-PRESET-CUSTOM)
Then SEUS will update.

After xml file upload my phone searched the FOTA update succesfuly (its size 1399kb), after downloading the update just before it gives error 'varifiation error'
What is next...

If it downloaded the update it's not a CDA problem anymore...I've never encountered this problem before ...
Try to update straight from the phone (menu>settings>update service>search for update) or use the "repair" option in PC Suite.
Another solution that will surely work is to use Omnius Server and flash manualy. The registration is free and you can get the firmware (main and file system) from their website once you completed the registration .

you can try wotan, it's free too and simple as seus, it allows to choose desired language and sw, you don't have to know cda nr.
