> Aino: Exclude folders/files from Media Player?
Bookmark topic
Hello everyone!
Is there a way of excluding a tracklist or folder on Media Player?
It's kinda turn-off when I listen to music and a ringtone starts playing!
Thanks!

If they are midis yeah... but I have some cropped mp3s for ringtones...
I believe that I 'll have to make a playlist or more to exclude those...

You'll have to create a playlist to exclude them.

that's unusual, try to put them on phone in ringtones folder instead on mem card, and go to media-music-tracks, don't go to resume

I thought that the ringtones folder should be excluded from the music folder but I guess it's not..!
It's OKi tho, I ve made a playlist for all my music and some others for genres and mood!
Thank you!

Not sure if this works on your phone, but an empty textfile called Ļ.nomediaĻ keeps mediaplayers from automatically scanning the folder itīs in (android). So, any folder with .nomedia in it will not be shown in mediaplayer.

I don't know if it will do the job; my cell is not an android, it's Aino
