> No network on T68
Bookmark topic
I woke this morning to find that my T68 had no signal light. When I looked at the screen it stated "No Network". I kept searching for a network but kept getting the same message. To check to see if it was a problem with my SIM card, I transferred my Globe Telecom SIM card to my wife's T68. It worked without a hitch and there was PH GLOBE on top of the screen. I re-transferred my SIM to my T68 and still got "No Network".
Can anyone tell what's wrong with my T68? This is the third T68 I got, the first being defective and was replaced by Globe, the second - a Gold colored one - I sold so I could get the Grey, and it was the one that seemed to have worked flawlessly since I got it. That is, until now. How can I correct this problem? Is there no alternative than to go back to where I bought it and have them fix it? Please advise.

Hmm ... I've been reading quite a number of complaints about units bought from the Hub/Globe.
It's best that you ask for a unit replacement for your phone.

Im a T39 user i had no problem about scratch on my screen. Maybe this is the advantage of T39 against T68. It made of glass, so i dnt have to worry about scratches.. Really tough to create scratch on this phone!

Where is SMARTNET? Will they service my fone even if I use Globe? Please advise and thanks!
BTW, does anyone know if how to reach the Ericsson office in the Philippines? They may be my last resort if Smartnet can't fix it. The outlet where I bought my unit (HELLO in Glorietta) and Semicon in Power Plant did not know how to address my problem. That's why I hope to bring it to the Ericsson offices in the Philippines if I only knew where, how and who to bring it to.
