> How to convert gprs to 3G+

Hi guys
you have a slow gprs and you want to surf as u are on 3g+ internet here is what u need to do the trick:
1: you need an hsdpa phone such as (nokia n95, n96 ,n97 ,580 ,n82) (samsung u900 ,...etc)
2: ur sim card must support both 2g and 3g service such (vodafone ,meditel .mobinile...etc)
3: u need a workin gprs internet on ur phone (u can access to google and facebook ...)
4: now th magic trick all u have to do is to go the setting-->signal-->signale mod then chek WCDMA or Hsdpa and restart ur phone
5: congratulations u have a gprs but u surfing on 3g+ speed with a download speed up to 70 kbs

I don't buy it. If you force your phone to connect to WCDMA only, It won't connect to 2G. Maybe you are getting 3G and your phone is not showing you are in 3G.

@aloukay you cant surf in 3g speed like that. May be you can because one of loophole is open in your service provider. Few months back, i had surfed net like that without 3g net recharge. I was getting around 300 kbps downloading speed means 3 mbps net speed. But once that loophole closed, eventhough my phone is on 3g mode and it catches 3g signals as well but i am getting 2g net speed of 120 kbps.

I dont know cos i tried the same thing in both meditel and maroctelecom and it worked with both of them thats why i thought it will work with others too

Actually 3G/ HSPA speed depent to how many user access internet in your area normally more user will more slower cause 1 node b /BTS has limited capacity, so if you access internet in business area I guarantee your speed will reduce than you expected
