Hi,

I have a SE C901, and I want to replace (note: not get rid of) some of the system sounds such as the autofocus sound and the shutter sound. But I'm having trouble getting a file type that will actually play on my phone. As far as I know, it needs to be a .3gp file, but whenever I convert an audio file into 3GP and put it on my phone with A2 Uploader, the phone will make no noise at all for whatever sound I replaced.

Does anyone have experience replacing the .3gp system files of their phone, and if so what software and/or settings did you use?

You have to use a program called A2 Uploader to change these files,

You'll find the camera shutter sounds at this directory: tpa / preset / system / sound /
Replace it with a blank file

*sigh*

I specifically said "(note: not get rid of)", and I even mentioned using A2 Uploader myself, so I know how to replace the files. I'm asking what settings I need to use to get a compatible .3gp for system sounds, as the ones I've tried have been unsuccessful in replacing the original sounds, instead it's just silence.
