just got first android mobile ensed up get samsung galaxy y .
on some .apk files get parsing error when try to install. is there a way to install them ?

Welcome to the Android World
Parsing error occurs either if the apk is corrupted or not fully downloaded or it is not supported on your current android version.
For example
Splashtop Remote Desktop HD requires Android 3.1 or up. If you try to install it on Froyo (2.2) or Gingerbread 2.3.3, 2.3.4, 2.3.5 etc, you'll get parse error.
So before installing an apk, check on android market if is compatible with the android version installed on your phone. If it is supported and still you're getting the parse error then try to redownload the apk. It could be corrupted.

Parse error has nothing to do with Unknown sources enabling.
If Unknown sources box is unchecked and you click on an apk (which is not downloaded from market), you'll get "Install blocked" message not the parse error. Check the screenshot below
