my p800 had corrupted software so i sent it to the service center to get fixed and they put the latest software version (i still dont have it yet)
so what is it and what are the improvments/diffrences from the other sw versions???

Or you can go to the main menu (the four circles shortcut to the right of the menu bar) then View / System information and click the right arrow twice until you see CDA. The last number and letters should be something like R1F01, mine is R1J01.
I noticed a speed improvement when playing videos, no more 'Buffering' for a couple of seconds, they start playing straight away now.

R1F is the latest firmware package. It updates some files to R1F, some to R1D, some to R1J. It also includes the audio/bluetooth patch.
From what I have been told, but can not vouch for:
The touchscreen is a little bit more responsive.
The OS is a little bit faster.
Some phones had a few buttons that stopped working, the patch fixes them.
The bluetooth headsets work much better. People can hear you much better. You dont need to have the volume all the way up to hear other people.

this can be fixed without a firmware upgrade... just do a calibration of the screen and the buttons will work again.
