I have a k800i and using or rather trying to use my stick. Every time i reboot the phone the phone asks me to format the stick, i accept(because i wont use if i say no). The memory card will work but when i restart my phone it again asks me to format, if i dont put in anything in the card it wont ask me to format later on, its like it cant hold information

Had that problem almost everyday with my old K770. Try getting another firmware, if that doesn't help, then it means the problem is in hardware, you'll have to send it to a service centre and try to drop it les afterwards.
