> Should i buy a nokia n82 nowadays?

I need a smartphone with a good camera that can take picutres at high and low light conditions, that's my priority. I got an oportunity to buy a old brand new n82 for a good price.Other than that i can only buy phones that are currently in the market in the price of around USD$200.
Should i get the n82 or something else(which one?)?
