Ok people calm down first, deep breaths!
Just foned to `pre-order' a p800 from the eshop, and they told me specifically the fone is now released in the UK, they are getting new stock in on or about the 20th of Feb,and I will get one the day after they come in stock.
Can someone else ring them on 08705238238 to confirm I just didnt get a stupid sales rep talking rubbish!

Yeah true dude, but Orange have released it in the UK this weekend,and that is 100%.. so maybe they wanna release at same time? Im personnaly thinking its 75% right.. with a bit of doubt! Will find out when more people fone and ask!

OK, listen to this. I just rung up Sony Ericsson E-shop, and they told me the 99% confirmed dates of the release of the P800 Sim Free and on Orange. Apparantly, Orange received their stock of units today and shall be distributing them over the weekend, in order for them to be sold by them on Monday. Sony Ericsson also confirmed that they shall be receiving their stock of units on Thursday, and that other networks will release the handset from the 24th February and onwards. I don't know about you, but this is great news!

Think I spoke to the same person tho.. haha, but anyway, they said they would have them in stock `around' the 20th, which is Thursday like you have said, and I would get it next day... Who did you speak to dude? I spoke to Lisa.
