Just received my new galaxy note & tryed update to the new 4.0 ice cream sandwich
but says no update available but i,ve already updated 2 galaxy S's
Any ideas??

Yep, Android4.0 ICS isn't officially out yet for the Note, it could be out later today, tomorrow or in the coming weeks, nobody knows except Samsung.

As per the latest news,the Android 4.0, ICS upgrade should be coming to the Samsung Galaxy Note in the U.S. quite soon now.It looks like it is now finally time for the major U.S. carriers to begin rolling it out.Lets hope it comes sooner.

I just got the update this morning. I am finding it is a bit smoother but I might to do a fresh reinstall or something. It just does not seem smooth as it should be. Need to play with it more. Mine is N.A version.
