Hi, I have a t68i which use to work fine in my home when i first got it now i've been having problems receiving calls in my area i spoke with a at&t guy and he said that there's a software bug in the phone.is there such a thing and can i have my phone upgraded...by the way at&t sent out a new phone but that did not help. what can i do to fix this thanks.

sounds like the problem I used to hv with all my phones..
I always hv the latest models and my friend that has a crappy 3390 has better reception than me...
how did I fix it u ask?
once I signed up to GPRS, it fixed itself.. now I hv full bar everywhere
