Users of whatmobile.net are reporting that you can call O direct 0800 801080 and order a P800.

£249 on a new contract.

They also say same price as an upgrade but I find that hard to believe!

Apparentley stocks went out today but only to a few O shops.

Lets play 'Hunt the O shop with P800 in stock...

Ahh, first one to post a pic of them holding an O branded release P800 wins a pack of Fruitellas........

Just confirmed this myself. £249.99 but direct sales & e-shop can't take orders yet and shops likely to get them first. Both orange shops in my area still not sure when they will come in.

Oh dear, thats real great news, a website reported you can call 0800801080 & place an order, but you could`nt AFFORD to ring a FREEPHONE number to confirm it yourself. so you post on here & let someone else ring it to confirm that you CAN`T order it from Orange today !
Do you write for the Sun newspaper or something ?

If you read the initial post its about contacting Orange shops, not their freephone number, to see if any have P800 in stock yet as it is going out to some of them.

Can you actually read The Sun newspaper?

but.... he doesn't state anywhere in his post that he's actually rung any1 about it, only that he'd read about it on a forum, so basically it's a post containing something he'd heard, but cannot confirm because he hasn't actually put any effort into it, just copied some text from another board.

do you look at the pictures in the Daily Sport?

Yes I do. I particularly like the personal ads, some are very kinky. Tell your mother I'll give her a call sometime on the phone number in her advert.

Hello,

First of all, I should have added this to the thread that was already running, and not started another new one. Sorry for that.

Secondly, although I stated that people were saying that O direct had them, the purpose of my post was to try and get people to find Orange *shops* that had taken delivery of P800's.

I spoke to my local store Yesterday, and they confirmed that they were on the way, and that some shops may have had stock delivered.

My main focus is on confirming whether Line 2 is supported in the O release version. I assume that the easiest way to do this is to get a shop to confirm it with a physical unit.

I hope that clears it up.

PS - I hate newspapers, and the Fruitella offer still stands.
