They have both in their press release, but it should be FWVGA.
239 € rrp in Germany for the M and 249 for the M dual. Specs are worse than on my Xperia P, really not too keen about this phone.

Overall specs somewhat yes, but Cortex-A9 and Snapdragon S4 at same frequency 1GHz, processing power maybe not.
