ok, i need help.

1. Today, when i tried to make phone calls, i dialed the phone number and the phone displayed "Calling 416XXXXXXX" but then all i hear is 3 beeps, and the phone goes back to the main screen.
2. I thought it was a minor problem, so i restarted my phone.
3. It still did not work, now i got worried. I called my phone and my phone would not ring.
4. I came home, charged the phone fully, while it was Off.
5. I turned on the phone, still no luck making a phone call.
6. I was really scared now, so i backed up my phone book on the computer (using a data cable) and did a Master Reset.
7. I pressed "Reset All"
8. My phone started up again, and i tried to make a phone call. Same problem. It says "Calling (Phone number)" but after a few seconds all i hear is the three beeps and it comes back to the main screen.
9. I took out the SIM card and used it in a Nokia 3390, i was successful at making a phone call.
10. I put the SIM card back my T68i, it still takes a minute to detect the network (FIDO in Toronto, Canada).
11. When i try to make a phone call now, it still displays "Calling (Phone number)" but it does not complete the call. I hear 3 beeps again (like the ones you get when the call cannot go through) and the call does not go through.
12. I tried using my Mom's SIM card in the T68i, but still no luck... the same problem.

Can someone please help me?? I am really worried about my phone.

Thanx
