Yes they did ... however I think they've hit the rock bottom price range for top line features ... notice the price increase comparably vs previous generation 16GB storage unit to latest 16GB storage?!

I got a Nexus 7 (1st Gen) for Xmas it only cost £99.99
I'm pretty happy it's really fast and has latest Android Kit Kat

I've still got the original nexus 7 lovely tablet running KitKat bit I have to admit I am tempted to upgrade it to the next gen nexus just for the higher specs
