I bought a t68i second hand so if I want athe firmware upgraded leagaly I have to pay to ship the phone to Minnisota then pay $35 for SE to mail it back plus they want $195 to flash the stinking firmware if the phone is not under warrenty ....This is a crime no wonder their market share over here sucks

Send it to Celestica, that is their chief repair center in the Uk. Generally, they will do it for free. Call and ask. It will cost you to ship internationally, but it takes them no time to get it back to you. About a week.
