First and important reason is that 3650 is a cheap 7650.... How can this be done? Only Nokia can do such things... I am saying this cause 7650 looks and actually it is very cheap compared to p800.
Second reason is that the software of 7650/3650 has many bugs. Ask those who own 7650 to tell you objectivelly their experinces from 7650.
P800 is of course better than 7650/3650 in almost every aspect. Perhaps an advantage of 3650 is its low price compared to p800 and the usage of mmc memory. Nothing else. Feature wise p800 cannot be compared with 7650/3650.
7250 is another story. It is not actually a smart phone. It is something like 7210 with a camera. It is not a smart phone, it lacks any pda functions....If you don't want a smart phone or even more, a combination of cellular phone+pda then go for it!

P800, because it has a better screen (higher resolution), and the screen is a touch screen. The User interface is also superior. It has a faster CPU and bluetooth that works without any Nokia problems!! The P800 is smaller than the 3650 and the about the same size as the 7650.
Another reason could be the Opera browser which is amazing stuff
These are just a few reasons. The P800 is amazing.. it really is. Too bad I can't afford it right now

Hmmmm... P800 has a touch screen, beautiful design (IMHO), symbian os 7, stereo headset,synstation, ms duo cards, video streaming ability, car antena support, etc. I used 3650 proto version in october but I'd like p800 more! Regards! Peter
