After looking aroud for reviews, I decided to invest in a Brando screen protector for my P800. They don't sell the "pre-cut" Brando units for the P800, so i got a bigger one and cut it to fit the P800 perfectly.

But the piece of crap removed a lot of the tactile sense of the touchscreen. It requires more pressure for simple taps. But the worst thing is, it ruins the crispness of the screen! the text actually looks blurry!

Basically, has anyone tried WriteRight instead of Brando on their P800? Any good/bad experiences?

Like I said, they don't sell the pre-cut ones here.

Besides, the real issue is the way it fuzzes up the display. >:(

On a side note, what's the best way to wash the brando? There's dust on the "sticky" side; shoudl I use hot water or cold? Soap/no soap?

They do sell the pre-cut ones for the P800, I have one on order based on generally positive feedback from this forum. I use the WrightRight ones on my iPAQ and have even cut one down to fit on my T68 screen to prevent scratches.

The WrightRight's are OK but difficult to fit without bubbles and mark easily needing changing about every month. Yes you loose some of the crispness on an iPAQ but its worth it to save the screen from damage.

Until I get the Brando I wont really know.

I have something called fellowes writeright.

It also makes the display blurry. The touchscreen is less responsive but only marginally and it doesn't bother me to much.
But the plastic is very soft and hinders the movement of the stylus.

I wouldn't recommend buying it. I use it because I have to.
The phone is alot more fun to use with a screen protector. I can touch it with my fingers, have it in my pocket without the protective case.
The film does eliminate the greasy screen problem. As you can't see the grease.

@Zoidy

How is the screen with it on? Blurry or less visible? Whats your impression of it.

Any advice on cleaning/washing the Brando? It has dust on the sticky side; how should I wash it? Hot or cold water?
