hi,

I have been uploading / downloading images to my phone via the wap site here, and the images never seem to use the 256 available colours on my t300, is this because it has to compress them to be able to send them via wap, u have to keep them under 3000 bytes, and it decreases the quality.

I am gettin hold of the USB cable to transfer the images directly from my PC to the phone, can you transfer images with a larger filesize than 3000k, hence using all the 256 colours?

not 3000k.
3k from the wap, for infrared actually doesn't have any limit. of course transfer images from pc would a bit beter quality cuz of the size. I have tried using a 100k screen saver and is working perfectly

thanks a lot for the reply, ive just ordered the cable, so ill be able to use the t300s proper 256 colours.
