Have installed the PC Suite software (the latest vers from the website), and connected the cradle up and everything, but the phone won't connect to the pc, the Phone Connection Link says it's trying to connect, but then I get an error saying Quote:FATAL Exception (thread 00001516) ACCESS VIOLATION: and the only option is ok. Then about 2-3minutes later i'm getting another message saying Quote: Internal Error 413 Could not create instance of mRouter Access Point
also, after all this happens, if i bring up Properties onPhone Connection Link, it's all blank, there's no COM ports showing at all???
What am i doing wrong????

erm so do i, bloody infrared is too slow! any1 got any ideas? dunno if it's got anything to do with it but my whole pc just crashed completely and restarted itself, never done it b4!

I managed to install my PC Suite and a COM3 is set up described as
a USB Cable DCU-11(COM 3).
I get the little comunication line at the bottom instead of the -II- type icon but when clicking the P800 desktop icon it still says not connected and there are no phones listed in the change phone option.
I am using XP Home. Anyone had a problem like this?

If not give it a try! I had a hard time getting it to work before downloading it!!

The web site says its the same as on the CD 1.1.0 even though number is 1.1.1. I'll try it anyway.
Could someone just check something for me.
The P800 shows a serial speed of over 450000 in the cable connection settings while on the PC my serial connection doesn't have an option to go that high and is at the default 9600 anyway. Does it matter.
