I have just bought a brand new one and i am having a bit of a problem. When i receive a new message and select 'yes' to read the message, i get the phone number of the sender insetad of the sender's name (even though the sender is in my phone book). Then when i go to the inbox and see the list of messages i get the senders name, but when i select the message to read it i get the number once again and not the name (in the 'from:' line). Is it how the phone is meant to work or is there any settings i can make so that i get the sender's name rather than the number?
Also whe i select to send a message to a group and i look in my sent items i only get the last person to whome the mobile sent lastly the message the others aren't there

You have to upgrade the firmware on your phone. This bug was fixed in R2M, the latest is R2S001

thanks for your help but how do i know where to go? to upgrade the firmware i live in malta and i am not sure whther it is available in my country?
