Just got my P800 on Friday and have a question regarding vibrating alarms.

I have found how to set on vibration under the Phone settings but how do I get vibrating Clock Alarms & Calendar/Task alarms.

One of main reasons I bought it was to have vibrating alarms (like T68) unlike iPAQ3970 because I work in a factory & cannot always hear the alarm.

Hope there is an option or I will be major pissed off.

Put it on vibrating "ON", not "On when silent".

@tranquil

I have it set to vibration on! But no vibration for Clock or Calendar reminder entry.

Enabled vibration on in the Phone application. Is there somewhere else for setting vibration?

WOW!!! I had a look around in my phone and can not see any options after all! I was sure the vibrater covered all the options mentioned. Sorry mate, it was not inntential to give out false info. This message was posted from a P800

Anybody else know of any solution (before I phone SE to give them a good sorting)? Even the T68 does this. Really does look like they concentrated on the good stuff without putting the basics in.

Any software being written?

psikey, please let us know what SE tells you. I have been wondering about the lack of vibrate for alarm too. I don't think there is much that can be done but would be interested to know if an upgrade in firmware later on can resolve this.
