Sony Ericsson is really great.My phone had a start up problem and only the Sonyericsson logo would come when I would put it on,so I called the sonyericsson guys in Bombay India and told them about it.they told me to get the and I upgraded my phone my self.It took 40 min.They were the ones to do it but they did it like right in front of me.I was holding my phone while it happend:)
