Is level 47 impossible or am I just dumb?
Can someone provide a walkthrough please.

that one was HARD! that was the hardest one for me. well. here' a strategy:
Purple: right, up, left, down, left, up, left
Green: left
Purple: down, right
Green: right, up
Purple: left
Green: down
Purple: right
Green: up, left, down, left, up, left, down, right, up
Purple: left
Green: down
Purple: right, up, right, up
Green: up, left
Purple: down
Green: right
Purple: up, left, up, left, down
Green: left, up, left, up, left, up, left, down
Purple: up, left, up, left
Green: up, left
Purple: right, up, right, down
WHEEEW! THAT IS LONG! I HOPE THAT WORKS FOR YOU! Good luck! Watch out for level 60; that one is the second hardest level!

Level 60 was easy compared to one of the mid 50s - don't remember which one but I recall it took me at least 5 days to figure it out (I only play when I'm on the crapper so that's a lot of time
)
