Check on data account in phone. Try to use the other acoount than gprs wap if there is. Check on pop3 setting. ... First of all, better to get info from the topics in the forum.

try using the IP address, 192.108.102.201, of myrealbox.com incoming server instead

I've sorted out this problem with my service provider last week.
Basically, you may need another Data Account for this purpose.
I set up another Data Account for my Email, you need to find out the APN from your service provider if you use GPRS. It could be an IP address, or could be a host name, my one is "INTERNET" as a host name.
Remember to turn your phone off and on after selecting or applying new settings for Email/Wap/MMS kind of functions, otherwise the new one settings might not be effective.
Cheers,
Bear

To all those having problems with E-mail setuip on SE phones.
Thanksto the recommendation of neilgoth yesterday I can now access email.
Go to
www.softhome.net and register for a free e-mail address. You have to go through a lot of questions, marketing stuff etc, but you get an account that supports pop3 and works straight away. You can connect through any CSD WAP such as Ericsson or T-mobile and GPRS.
All credit and big thanks to Neilgoth for telling me about this e-mail service.
