I have searched the threads in this section, but to no avail.

Can people from the UK please recommend the best online email service that can be used from the T68i. I have now got a camera, but cannot email images to people as whenever I try either Boltblue Freestyle or T-email I get errors telling me it cannot find the server.

Am i missing something in the settings?

I got my settings for Boltblue direct from the SE email configurator.

Can people please outline their experiences with e-mail providers and if possible the settings for those that are best?

Thanks in advance to one and all that can help.

Hi there

You could use yahoo, or hotmail. For e-mail settings, check the thread underneath:

Good luck

might be a long shot but if you are using the above services and can reciveve e mails but not send try checking your settings
if you are connecting via gprs you might need to change the outgoing service to your phone networks
i had the same prob with freeserve but just got the ip number for the orange smtp put that in the outgoing server and from then on can email mith attachments
hope this at least gets you in the right direction

hotmail can be a funny one as its network dependant as its not a pop3 system as far as i know but web based.
are you using gprs or dail up and have you tried using the e mail config on the se website
also what network are you on and have you checked that there is something in the dns option as this can cause problems.
if you wnat i can post you the freeserve settings but youneed to set up an account with them

My SP is T-mobile UK

I have tried to access via both Dial and GPRS.

Does anyone have the correct incoming and outgoing addresses for Hotmail?

try a search for them and include the authors name as neocore he has his own server that will let you get hotmail or yahoo .
just follow his instructions and i have found i must connect using gprs internet and not wap via orange for it to work
