I can pair the two devices fine, but what I want to do is send some of my old ringtons off the T68i to the R520, and I can't get it to work. It always says connecting then transfer failed, please try again.

I got a ringtone to go from the R520 to the t68i, but why not the other way?

I think you will get the same result if send via IR. Then it says the ringtones from the two sides are in different format. R520 supports old format only. T68i supports both old and new. This message was posted from a R520

FYI.

the "old format"s are *.my (Melody) called *.emy (E-melody), while the new ones are called *.imy (I-Melody). T68 also recognized the AMR format.

i am not sure if Christersson's Composer software can do it.
