> docking station problem

i have just brought my docking station with me to my parents house, downloaded the sync software from SE and i'm having trouble getting the WinXP PC to recognise it. as far as i can tell i havnt done anything different to my mams pc than i did to my own!?
any suggestions?

right click on the arrow (right hand bottom corner) and tick usb only
try without internet connection.
is something else trying to access that comm port?
if the screen saver on p800 is comes on, tap the screen to turn it off

its when i plug in the dock, my computer tries to find drivers, cant and just lists it in device manager as "other devices - usb device" with the dreaded yellow exclamation mark!? its very frustrating, i tried installing the software with the dock connected and fone on it turned on, i;ve tried installed the software then plugging in the dock (with and without fone on it). its getting me down cos i need to install TipicME asap! and i dont go back to manchester (to get to my pc where the dock works) till next week. grrrrrrrrrrr!
