Is there any way I can transfer text from my PC to the Notes on the T68? And back the other way, so I can back up stuff on the phone.

If u r Mac user there is soft letting u create notes on PC and sending them to phone (Ericsson Client i think). If not, the only way i know is to download sample note file (*.vnt) from christersson.org and edit it with notepad. Then send it with Sendfile from the same site. 3rd option is to wait few a weeks - author of Theme Creator Pro (Ericssony) is working on some program working with notes. According to his info it should be released in march.
