Has anyone ever had problems with Tmobile giving them the wrong unlock code for the phone? I requested an unlock code for my voicestream branded nokia 3390. I gave the imei and all the info.. and the unlock code they gave me doesn't work. I wrote back saying it doesn't work and they doublechecked and said it should.. So i tried the code again, and still got the code error message. I finished writing them back insisting that the code is not right, so i'm waiting on their reply. Anyone have any similar experiences with them?
