> killer app for P800?
Bookmark topic
Hello,
I'm waiting on my P800 (£50, what a bargain!), but while I wait, I would like to ask what you think would be some good apps for the P800 that have NOT been produced. I have noticed alot of people saying they are waiting/looking for some more good apps for the P800... what kind of apps would you *pay* for?
Part of the reason why I'm getting a P800 is to write some applications for it, and of course because the phone is so damn cool!
cheers
k

Does anyone have any info on GPS on mobiles?
How are you going about it? are you working with networks etc?

rhythmic, there's a Bluetooth GPS receiver... sends out standard GPS data via BT serial port protocol.
To everyone who wants a fullscreen video player, VICSvideo player already has this. go to
www.videocoding.com
Me? I want the ff:
-video recoder w/ sound
-office suite, edit/save/view native MS Office Docs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
-Image editor (basic Photoshop functions) ability to convert/export to supported formats
-MIDI editor
-BEMUSED!!! Someone PLEASE port this!!! (It's for Series 60)
-Better MP3 player, w/ playlists, EQ, and play with flip closed
-Counter-strike!!! Even a stripped down version, as long as it can play on WON servers!
Ya ya ya... I know, I'm asking too much
-Bio-med monitor, compatible w/ Polar heart monitors or something like that.
-Universal Learning Remote Control (can learn from any existing remote)
-Better Calendar... something that allows attachment of contacts, photos, maps, auto-play of wav/voice note on event, auto-switch profile on event
-Profiles
