> T68i (upgrade) Freezes w/ Voicedial

I have an Ericsson T68 which had the software upgraded to the T68i. It was working fine for about 3 months, but just recently started freezing whenever I try to use the voice dial funtion. It stays on the screen where you are prompted to say the person's name. I can't even shut the phone down (by holding "NO") and am forced pull the battery to reset it.
I was wondering if anyone has experienced this, and if there was a fix. I was also wondering if there is a way to get the email entry back? This was an option for the T68M

p.s. Phone is being used in CA, with service provided by T-Mobile (Originally locked to AT&T)

Thats cause that function is only with the T65 isn't it... cause ya can't get the battery off
