The most significant improvement goes for the ring tones, from 24 polyphonic to 32.
The other features are more or less the same as T300.
I have heard the difference between the 24 and 32 polyphonic ring tones... sorry I cannot feel the difference.
The ringer tone is not loud, or the same as T300

About the midi ringtones: The ones i have edited on computer havenīt had more than 8 voices max each.
I seriously doubt that anyone can spot the difference between 24 and 32.. at least not on a telephones crappy (relatively speaking) loudspeaker.

t310 has much louder ring tones than t300! i heard both in max volume, same song- copacabana, and t310 plays it clearer and louder.
and t310 screen is much brighter than t300. see for yourself.
